We accept returns on all new and unused (uninstalled) merchandise in its original packaging. We charge a restocking fee according to the following schedule: Item returned within first 15 days - 10% restocking fee Item returned within 15-30 days - 15% restocking fee Item returned within 30-60 days - 20% restocking fee Over 60 days - returns accepted on select items only. Call for authorization. Defective Merchandise Returns for reason of defective merchandise will be sent to the manufacturer for verification. Upon confirmation from the manufacturer that the merchandise is defective, a refund will be issued to the customer. Restocking fees do not apply.
