Shipping Options

We ship from several of our warehouses across the country but most shipments will be coming from Illinois or Michigan. We offer standard as well as express shipping options to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cutoff times for in stock parts:

  • Before 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday: will ship same business day
  • Between 2pm and 5pm EST M-F: may ship same business day or next business day
  • After 5pm EST M-F: will ship next business day
  • Saturday/Sunday: will ship on Monday

UPS Next Day Air service means delivery on the next business day. If an order is received after 5pm with UPS Next Day Air as the shipping method, the shipment will go out the next business day and will be delivered the following business day. If you would like Saturday delivery, please call and request a quotation as all pricing on the website is based on Monday-Friday delivery only (an additional charge may apply). Saturday delivery is not available in all locations.

Shipping times are calculated based on business day to business day, not including weekends. For example if you placed an order on Friday before 2pm with UPS 2nd Day Air as the shipping method, you would receive it on Tuesday of the following week. If you placed an order on Friday after 5pm, the order will ship on the following Monday and be delivered on Wednesday. Weekends are not taken into account for shipping times.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and the day after Christmas).


Returns (Uninstalled Parts Only)

Returns are accepted on most new and unused (uninstalled) merchandise within 60 days of purchase, less restocking fees outlined below (not all manufacturers allow for returns, so please be sure you order the correct part for your application). Most Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Evaporator Coils and larger items are not returnable. Items must be in their original packaging. Installing or attempting installation of parts will cause them to be ineligible for return. Parts that have been installed, have had installation attempted, show installation marks or could otherwise not be sold as new are NOT eligible for return and therefore cannot be returned for a refund.

Please call us or email us if you need to request a return. Customers are responsible for getting product shipped back to us via UPS. When we have received and processed the return, we will issue a credit back via the original form of payment. Returns can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date we receive the parts back to process. Shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns.

Non-warranty returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • Item returned within 1-30 days of purchase: 30% restocking fee
  • Item returned within 31-60 days: 40% restocking fee
  • Over 60 days - returns accepted on select items only. Call to inquire on eligibility.

Warranty Claims

Your purchase carries a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

If you believe that a part that you purchased is defective, please contact us by phone or email to initiate your warranty return claim.
 
You will be given a WGA (Warranty Goods Authorization) number with instructions for returning your part. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the part back. Once received by us, the part will be forwarded to the manufacturer at our expense for inspection to verify any product defects. This process usually takes 5-8 weeks, but on occasion may take longer. Upon confirmation from the manufacturer that the merchandise is defective, a refund for the price of the part will be issued to you, but not the shipping costs. In the event that the manufacturer determines the part is not defective, the customer will be given the choice of having 1877ForParts dispose of the part or to have the part returned to the customer at their own expense.
 
Customers must first receive an authorization (WGA #) prior to returning any part. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Purchaser must pay for all shipping expenses for the returned product. 

Compressors: manufacturer's warranty policy for compressors is one year from purchase AND IS ONLY ISSUED IF AN EXACT REPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR IS ORDERED FROM 1877ForParts.


Damaged Freight

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, do not accept delivery from the carrier and it will be sent back to us. We will then send you new merchandise. If you accept delivery of damaged goods the property becomes yours and you will need to file a claim with the carrier.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to get the package to the destination. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to weather or other acts outside of our control.

We are very expeditious in shipping - once an order has been placed, in most cases, it will not be able to be cancelled.


International (Canadian) Delivery Services Include

  • UPS Worldwide Express Plus: 1-2 business days, delivery by 8:30am or 9:00 am
  • UPS Worldwide Express: 1-2 business days, delivery by 10:30am or 12:00pm
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days, delivery by end of day
  • UPS Standard to Canada: 3-7 business days, delivery by end of day

These are general guidelines based upon delivery to metropolitan areas in Canada. If you live in a rural area your delivery time may be longer. Note to Canadian Customers: our prices do not include brokerage fees, duty, import taxes, or GST. UPS is our shipping partner. They will contact you prior to delivery to obtain payment for these costs.
