Tracking Your Packages
Most orders ship out the same business day that they are placed Monday-Friday. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Orders shipped outside of the US require special handling. In some circumstances, we require that you use your own freight forwarder for international shipments. Please contact us in advance for additional clarification.
Shipping cutoff times for in stock parts:
- Before 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday: will ship same business day
- Between 2pm and 5pm EST M-F: may ship same business day or next business day
- After 5pm EST M-F: will ship next business day
- Saturday/Sunday: will ship on Monday
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation email we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to get to the destination. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to weather or other acts outside of our control.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges:
If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and ask you to approve the additional charges. We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping. If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. This excludes customs and brokerage charges and other charges that are unknown to us prior to shipment and customs clearance.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 877-367-7278. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
