Shipping Options We offer express as well as standard shipping options to the continental United States and Canada. To find your shipping cost proceed through the checkout process until you get to the shipping page. After calculating the shipping rate you can back out of the order or continue to check out. Rates are calculated using UPS shipping options. Orders received by 4:00 p.m. central standard time Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Orders for in stock items received after 4:00 p.m. are not guaranteed to ship until the following business day. UPS Next Day Air service means delivery by the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday morning. If you would like Saturday delivery instead, please indicate this in the "comments" section upon checkout. An additional charge will apply and Saturday delivery is not available in all locations. We will call or email you if Saturday delivery is not available in your area. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. International delivery services include: UPS Worldwide Express Plus: 1-2 business days, delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. UPS Worldwide Express: 1-2 business days, delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days, delivery by end of day UPS Standard to Canada: 5-7 business days, delivery by end of day These are general guidelines based upon delivery to metropolitan areas in Canada. If you live in a rural area your delivery time may be longer. Duty charges may apply to all international delivery services. Shipping of Backordered Items In the event that one or more items in your order is backordered we will give you the option to ship the items as they become available or to ship complete. If you choose the first option you will incur a shipping charge each time an item ships. If you choose to ship complete only one shipping charge will apply. We will notify you by email if an item in your order is on backorder and ask which option you prefer. Delivery in two business days or less for $12.50 We guarantee delivery in two business days or less to all areas in the contiguous United States for $12.50 or shipping is free. Sorry, but this offer is not available to our Canadian customers. Offer applies to in-stock items only. A minimum order of $75 is required. Some oversized items may not qualify. This will be noted in the description on the product page. Delivery time is counted in business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The day we receive your order is not counted as a shipping day. Our delivery guarantee applies only to orders received by 4:00 p.m. central. Orders received after the 4:00 p.m. central cutoff time are guaranteed delivery no later than two business days from the following business day.
