Returns
1877ForParts will issue credit for returned goods within 60 days of purchase less restocking fees outlined below. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please call us or email us if you need to request a return and we will provide you authorization. Once you receive the authorization for the return, please follow the instructions and ship the product back via UPS (not USPS) to the warehouse indicated on your paperwork. You must include the Return Goods Memo (RGA) number on the shipping label and/or the outside of the box. You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of our receipt of your returned goods; however, in some cases it may take a bit longer. - Item returned within 1-30 days of purchase: 30% restocking fee
- Item returned within 31-60 days: 40% restocking fee
- Over 60 days - returns accepted on select items only. Call to inquire on eligibility.
A Return Goods Memo (RGA) number must accompany all returns and exchanges before they will be accepted in our warehouse and it must be clearly visible on the outside of the package and/or on the shipping label. RGAs are valid for a period of 21 days from authorization. Merchandise returned without an RGA or with an expired RGA may be refused. See our return policies before calling or emailing for your RGA.
